Houdini was Top Westie in 1982, won 11 CCs, 2 Terrier Groups and sired 12 UK Champions including 3 Top Westies and a BIS winner at the National Terrier.

Mr Volvo sired two UK Champions and was the great grandsire of Ch Olac Moon Pilot.

Sportsman was Top Westie in 1983, won 10CCs and sired 2 UK Champions for the Hillsted kennel. His litter sister, High Society produced 3 UK Champions and a younger sister produced another.

Midshipman was the first Houdini Champion and was Top Westie in 1984. He sired 2 UK Champions including Group winner, UK/Dutch Ch Lasara Love-All. He later went to Canada.

The Haweswalton kennel produced 17 UK Champions, 6 of whom won Top Westie awards.

Carousel and Stormtrooper were littermates. Their sister, Leading Lady became a French Champion. Carousel won 4CCs and produced two Champion daughters and a son who sired a Champion. Stormtrooper was handled to his title by Geoff Corish.

Aye Buster was the first Champion for the Olton kennel. His dam was a CC winning sister of Mr Volvo. Buster also won his Irish title.

Mermaid was Reserve in the Terrier Group at the May SKC in 1987. She produced a CC winner and 2 American Champions in her first litter. Two of her children produced UK Champions.

Merry and Rhapsody were littermates. Merry was the most successful Haweswalton bitch winning 3CCs at Crufts and producing 3 UK Champion sons and another who sired a Champion. Merry won 7CCs in all.

Ryan was from a Reserve CC winning daughter of Sportsman who produced another Champion to a Houdini son. Ryan was Top Westie in 1990 and won 8CCs.

Inca was by a Carousel son and from the CC winning dam of Icemaiden and the 1st Champion for the Rose family.

After Houdini, Tomahawk sired the most UK Champions with a total of 6. He was a grandson of Sportsman and sired the first post war litter to contain 3 UK Champions for the Glenveagh kennel.

Guardsman and Troubadour were from Merry's first litter by another former Top Westie. Troubadour was Top Westie in 1994 and sired a UK Champion and a good producing bitch for the Gilbri kennel.

Urchin was the last Houdini Champion. She was bred by Mrs Graham and later returned to her. She is the granddam of Ch Killynether Kimoko.

Apache was the last Haweswalton Champion and won 10CCs. He was Top Westie in 1995 sired 3 UK Champion sons.
